This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with AUMÉ.

1. Shipping Origin

All products are shipped from Lithuania.

2. Order Processing

• Orders for items that are in stock are processed and dispatched within three (3) business days after receipt of payment.

• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Lithuania.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are not included in the product price.

• All applicable shipping fees are borne by the customer and are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

4. Delivery Times

• Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• For deliveries outside the European Union, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities.

• Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

6. Risk of Loss and Delivery

• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping address provided.

• AUMÉ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Order Tracking

• Where applicable, customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
